Job Location: Chandigarh IT Park Job Type: Full time Key Responsibilities: Utilize performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Neo Load, etc.) to assess system performance, load handling, and scalability. Analyse performance test results and provide actionable insights to identify system bottlenecks and recommend performance optimization strategies. Work closely with development teams to understand system architecture and identify performance-related issues early in the development cycle. Conduct load, stress, scalability, and endurance tests to evaluate system behaviour under varying loads. Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and development teams to ensure continuous integration of performance tests in the CI/CD pipeline. Create detailed reports and presentations summarizing test results, findings, and recommendations for performance improvements. Identify root causes of performance issues and suggest corrective actions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging tools, and technologies related to performance testing. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience in performance testing, load testing, stress testing and Automation. Proficiency in using performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Neo Load, or similar. Solid understanding of performance testing methodologies, including load, stress, endurance, and spike testing. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse performance metrics and diagnose issues. Knowledge of web technologies (HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs, JSON, XML) and databases (SQL). Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating performance tests in an Agile workplace. Excellent communication and documentation skills for reporting results and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
