About the role
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Junior Service Desk Analyst to join our growing IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their IT career who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced support environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills to provide first line technical support to users, ensuring systems, devices, and applications run smoothly across the business. Key Responsibilities Provide first-line IT support via phone, email, and ticketing system (Jira) Log and manage incidents, service requests, and follow-ups Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and network-related issues Support device setup and configuration (laptops, desktops, mobile devices) Manage user accounts (password resets, access requests, etc.) Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers when required Ensure all tickets are updated and resolved within agreed SLAs Assist with IT asset tracking and inventory management Required Skills & Qualifications Strong command of written and spoken English Basic knowledge of IT hardware and software troubleshooting Familiarity with Windows OS / macOS Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and adapt quickly Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practice Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Compensation: 20,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person We are looking for a proactive and reliable Junior Service Desk Analyst to join our growing IT team.
