ServiceNow Performance Analytics Developer Must Have Skills: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Performance Analytics. Relevant Experience: 7+ years Roles and Responsibilities: Strong experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics (PA). Experience in configuring: Indicators, Indicator Sources, Breakdowns, Breakdown Sources, Automated Indicators, Widgets, Dashboards, Scorecards. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Reporting. Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions. Good knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting. Experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or CSM modules. Experience with ServiceNow platform administration and customization. Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations.
