About the role
Responsibilities: Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS) Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability Provide Level-1 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues Fundamental understanding and direct hands on experience with major vendors router ,switch, firewall configurations: Allied Telesis, Juniper, Cisco, Extreme, HP-Aruba with additional Fortinet check point Solid understanding and direct hands on experience with Allied Telesis, Juniper, Extreme, Palo Alto, Cisco Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution Provide remote technical support or onsite support for identified products 24x7 when required. Requirements: Proven hands-on network engineering experience. CCNA or JNCIA certified Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, VRRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS) Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools Related Bachelor s degree plus experience with enterprise networks an ability to learn new technologies Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
