Total Experience: 4+ yr sRole: ServiceNow Develope rWork Location: Bangalore (Manyata Tech park )Salary: Case to case basi s Job Descripti on:• Broad IT experience of working within a large enterprise on implementation initiativ es.• Experience in configuring ServiceNow modules like ITSM/ CSM/ FSM/ ITBM/HR/SecO ps.• Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow modules, 3rd party integratio ns.• A fundamental understanding of ITSM and I TIL• Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow sys tem• Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow A PIs• Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applicati ons• Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro using CSS, HTML, Jel ly.• Very good verbal and written English communication skil ls.• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracl e).• Develop solutions in ServiceN ow.• Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on user experien ces• Work towards extending ServiceNow to different geographies and departmen ts.
