About the role
As an Agentic AI Product Manager (Finance) at VP or Director level, your role will involve owning the end-to-end strategy, delivery, and lifecycle of agentic AI use cases within Finance, including close, reconciliations, controls, and reporting. You will be responsible for translating business needs into safe, scalable AI products with appropriate human oversight. Your key partnerships will be with Technology, Data/ML, Operations, and Risk functions. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize deep Finance domain knowledge in areas such as record-to-report, reconciliations, controls, and reporting. - Apply practical understanding of LLMs and agentic AI patterns, including tool use, planning, RAG, memory, and evaluation. - Deliver products in regulated environments, with a preference for experience in banking/financial services. - Leverage a strong product management background in discovery, MVP definition, and iterative delivery. - Collaborate with governance, audit, model risk, and control stakeholders effectively. Qualifications Required: - Deep Finance domain knowledge including record-to-report, reconciliations, controls, and reporting. - Practical understanding of LLMs and agentic AI patterns. - Experience delivering products in regulated environments, preferably in banking/financial services. - Strong product management background with expertise in discovery, MVP definition, and iterative delivery. - Comfort working with governance, audit, model risk, and control stakeholders. Please note: Compensation for this role is competitive and based on experience. The position is available at both VP and Director levels.
