Staff Engineer-Civil

Develop and implement innovative solutions for complex technical challenges. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Conduct research and analysis to improve existing processes and systems. Design and develop new projects from concept to completion. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools. Experience in managing budgets, schedules, and quality requirements. Proficiency in advanced engineering techniques and analysis methods. Knowledge management and mentoring skills. Ability to apply advanced engineering concepts and approaches to unique problems. Participation in career planning, learning and development, and resource management strategy. Accountability for administrative responsibilities such as ensuring policies, procedures, and processes are implemented and communicated effectively, approving timesheets and expense reports, and managing small groups of single-discipline engineering resources.
