Role Overview: At BlackLine, as an Engineering Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead strategic programs and projects from concept through planning, execution, delivery, and adoption. Your role will involve managing cross-program timelines, dependencies, decisions, and constraints to ensure alignment with business requirements and timely delivery with quality. Qualifications Required: - 58+ years of Program/Project Management experience, preferably in a SaaS environment. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline or relevant on-the-job experience. - Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot, Gemini) for driving efficiency and innovation. - Strong collaboration skills, adaptability, and focus on results and value delivery. - Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. - Proficiency in cost modeling, capacity planning, release management, and product lifecycle management. - Solid understanding of software development life cycle, continuous integration, and continuous delivery. - Excellent analytical, planning, organizational, leadership, verbal, and written communication skills. - Ability to work cross-functionally, across geographies, and prioritize teamwork. - Strong negotiation, influencing, and adeptness in using tools like Jira, Jira Portfolio, Confluence, MS Office, and Google Suite.
