Aladdin Business, Product Expert, Analyst

As an Aladdin Client Services Analyst at BlackRock, your role is to provide exceptional client service and training for Aladdin, BlackRock's proprietary Investment and Trading management system. You will be part of a team that excels in problem-solving and collaboration to meet the needs of our rapidly growing, global client base. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the quality of data feed received from data vendors and Aladdin to clients, without any issues in data exchange. - Assist clients in resolving data challenges within Aladdin, enabling them to trade new products effectively. - Validate security data provided by vendors to ensure alignment with Aladdin's capabilities and standards. - Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-regional teams, while communicating new Aladdin capabilities to clients. - Collaborate with product experts to address level 2 inquiries and provide detailed information to clients. - Educate users, leverage service insights, and relay feedback to enhance customer experience and product performance. - Train junior analysts within the team on the intricacies of the Aladdin platform. Qualifications: - More than 2 years of experience in the financial services industry, specifically in data domain, market data, or technology. - Experience in a client-facing role is advantageous. - Proficiency in SQL, UNIX, and/or programming languages like Python. - Degree in Finance, Engineering, or Technology preferred. Competencies: - Strong oral and written communication skills in English, with a client service focus. - Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. - Sound knowledge of fixed income, equity, and derivative instruments. - Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
