Application Engineer (Java Backend)

Skills and Experience: - 4+ years of experience in core Java and related technologies. - Strong foundation in object-oriented programming and design patterns. - Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and concurrent programming. - Prior experience with message brokers and relational databases. - Proficiency in engineering tools such as git, maven, and testing frameworks. - Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Interest or experience in finance and investment processes. Nice to have and opportunities to learn: - Expertise in building distributed applications using SQL/NOSQL technologies. - Experience with cloud-native design patterns and microservice architectures. - Exposure to high-scale distributed technologies like Kafka, Mongo, Ignite, Redis. - Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks and cloud platforms. - Knowledge of DevOps practices and AI-related projects/products.
