As an Associate Product Manager at BlackRock, your role will involve developing the product vision and leading the day-to-day execution of the roadmap for Aladdin Product, the central nervous system for investment professionals. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, collaborating with developers, researchers, and stakeholders to innovate and pilot new capabilities across the investment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Influence teams across Aladdin to make strategic product decisions - Demonstrate a deep understanding of business, stakeholder, and client needs - Gather, evaluate, and define detailed product requirements and specifications - Develop, prioritize, and maintain roadmaps, providing quarterly updates on deliverables - Create content for management communications - Develop a strong understanding of competitors and industry trends Qualifications Required: - 4-6 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or client service, including launching technology in a B2B or B2C market - Demonstrable track record of creating, growing, and running a product line to market success - Commercial acumen with the ability to prioritize and execute quickly - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Preferred experience and knowledge of AI/ML BlackRock offers a wide range of benefits including a strong retirement plan, tuition reimbursement, comprehensive healthcare, support for working parents, and Flexible Time Off (FTO).
