Python Developer Senior/Lead (Chennai)

Key Responsibilities - Develop scalable backend applications using Python and frameworks like Django or Flask. - Lead, mentor, and support a team of developers through code reviews and regular feedback. - Design and optimize APIs, databases, and backend architectures. - Integrate multiple data sources, databases, and third-party services. - Work with ORMs, multithreading, multiprocessing, authentication, and security best practices. - Ensure high code quality through unit testing, debugging, and version control (Git). - Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams in an Agile workplace. - Promote knowledge sharing and maintain coding standards. Required Skills - Strong expertise in Python and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). - Hands-on experience with Django/Flask, NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, and Docker/Kubernetes. - Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side templating (Jinja2, Mako). - Experience with Redis, Kafka/SQS/MQ, database design, and scalable application architecture. - Strong debugging, testing, and version control skills.
