About the role
Company Description Blend Group is a future-focused, family-owned collective of material science businesses working across masterbatches, additives, compounds, fibre solutions, and new material development. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site ERP Executive role based in Hyderabad. The ERP Executive will oversee day-to-day ERP operations, including user support, data management, and system monitoring to ensure accurate, timely information across functions such as production, inventory, sales, and finance. Qualifications Strong understanding of ERP systems and business process workflows, preferably in manufacturing, materials, or related industries. Hands-on experience with ERP configuration, data management, report generation, and basic troubleshooting. Knowledge of inventory, production planning, procurement, and sales processes, with the ability to translate operational needs into system requirements. Proficiency in MS Excel and other productivity tools; familiarity with SQL or basic database concepts is an advantage. 3-5 years of experience in related field. Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Prior experience in an ERP support or operations role; exposure to material science, polymers, or manufacturing domains is a plus. Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad and engage closely with operations, production, and leadership teams. .
