Job Description As a Lead Analyst Business Intelligence (MS Fabric), you will play a key role in delivering modern analytics solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. You will develop and maintain dashboards, reports, semantic models, and analytical applications while leveraging capabilities such as OneLake, Lakehouse, Fabric Warehouses, Dataflows Gen2, and Fabric administration. The role requires hands-on experience across the Microsoft Fabric platform and the ability to contribute to the successful delivery of enterprise-scale analytics initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and scorecards using Power BI. - Build and optimize semantic models, datasets, and data models to support business reporting requirements. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable reporting solutions. - Develop reusable KPIs, measures, and analytical frameworks using DAX. - Ensure high-quality, scalable, and performant reporting solutions. - Implement report security, governance, and access controls. - Leverage Microsoft Fabric capabilities to support enterprise analytics and reporting initiatives. - Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to analytics best practices. - Support report deployment, enhancements, and production support activities. Qualifications Required Skills: Power BI - - Strong hands-on experience in Power BI development, including dashboard and report creation. - Proven experience migrating reports and dashboards from legacy BI platforms to Power BI. - Advanced expertise in DAX, data modeling, and calculation development. - Robust proficiency in Power Query (M Language) for data transformation and preparation. - Experience designing, developing, and optimizing semantic models. - Ability to build interactive dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics solutions. - Experience with report performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting. - Hands-on experience implementing and managing Row-Level Security (RLS). - Proven track record of delivering executive, operational, and analytical reporting solutions. Microsoft Fabric - - Hands-on experience across multiple Microsoft Fabric capabilities, including: - Power BI in Fabric - Fabric IQ and Planning - OneLake - Lakehouse - Dataflows Gen2 - Fabric Warehouses - Fabric Workspaces - Security and Governance - Capacity and Workspace Management - Deployment and Lifecycle Management - Experience participating in and delivering Microsoft Fabric-based analytics and reporting projects. - Understanding of enterprise data management, governance, and analytics best practices within the Fabric ecosystem. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field. - 6 - 8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, and Analytics out of which atleast 2 years on Microsoft Fabric. - Proven experience delivering end-to-end reporting, business intelligence, and analytics solutions. - Experience working on enterprise-scale Power BI implementations and deployments. - Solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
