AI Support Engineer

We’re seeking an AI technical support specialist to join Blink.new - the AI app creation platform that builds full stack ai apps and websites in seconds.

Responsibilities

• As the AI Support Engineer, you are the point person for helping users with any questions they may have while building their websites or apps using Blink.

• You work as the trusted advisor to each builder, helping them with any questions / bugs / issues they may face, so that they go further in their entrepreneurial journey with your help.

• Required qualifications

• Experience developing websites, web apps, mobile apps

• Have basic understanding of React / React Native (at least one)

• Great written and verbal communication skills in English

• Power user of ChatGPT / Claude and can write great prompts easily

• Understand basic frontend / backend / database / authentication / hosting concepts

Preferred qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of frontend / backend web development experience

• Technical support experience at technology companies

• You genuinely enjoy talking to people and helping them solve engineering problems
