About BlitzenX BlitzenX is a specialized insurance technology and transformation partner helping P&C insurance carriers modernize core systems, accelerate delivery, and adopt AI-driven solutions. Our focus spans Guidewire, cloud-native architecture, automation, enterprise integration, and applied AI. This internship is designed for builders who want hands-on experience developing real-world AI applications, automation platforms, and intelligent agents. What You'll Do Build AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) Develop agentic AI workflows and multi-agent systems Create REST APIs and backend services that integrate AI capabilities into enterprise platforms Work with vector databases, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering frameworks Assist in developing internal AI accelerators and automation tools Participate in product development initiatives across AI and insurance technology solutions Research emerging AI technologies and evaluate practical business use cases Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, and product teams Required Qualifications Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Data Science Information Technology Related Engineering discipline Strong programming skills in Python Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering fundamentals Basic knowledge of: Machine Learning Generative AI APIs and Web Services Databases Git Preferred Skills Experience with: OpenAI APIs LangChain LlamaIndex CrewAI AutoGen Vector databases FastAPI Docker Azure or AWS Personal AI projects, GitHub contributions, or hackathon participation What Success Looks Like By The End Of The Internship, You Will Have Built and deployed production-grade AI solutions Contributed code to customer-facing or internal AI products Worked alongside experienced architects and engineering leaders Developed practical expertise in agentic AI and enterprise AI implementation What We're Looking For Curious builders, not passive learners Strong problem-solving mindset Ability to learn quickly and execute independently Ownership mentality and accountability Passion for AI, automation, and emerging technologies Compensation Monthly Stipend: Competitive Potential Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance
