Guidewire BillingCenter Configuration Developer Job Description (JD) Job Title: Guidewire BillingCenter Configuration Developer Experience: 3 10 Years (depending on role level) Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Pune / Remote (as applicable) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Guidewire BillingCenter Configuration Developer to design, develop, configure, and implement BillingCenter solutions for Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance customers. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Guidewire BillingCenter configuration, Gosu programming, integrations, and Guidewire best practices. Key Responsibilities Configure and customize Guidewire BillingCenter components including: Data Model PCF Screens Business Rules Workflows Batch Processes Typelists Product Configuration Develop and maintain Guidewire BillingCenter applications using: Gosu GSQL Guidewire APIs Design and implement integrations using: SOAP/REST Web Services Messaging Framework Integration Gateway Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Participate in application design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Guidewire coding standards and best practices. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and project stakeholders. Support upgrades, migrations, and enhancement projects. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Required Skills Guidewire Expertise Strong experience in Guidewire BillingCenter Configuration . Hands-on experience with: PCF Configuration Data Model Extensions Business Rules Typelists Batch Processes Workflows Technical Skills Strong knowledge of: Gosu Programming Guidewire Studio GUnit Testing Guidewire Query APIs Experience with: Java/J2EE SQL XML/XSD JSON Integration experience using: REST APIs SOAP Services Messaging and Event-Driven Architecture Tools Git/Bitbucket Jenkins Maven/Gradle JIRA Confluence Preferred Qualifications Guidewire BillingCenter Certification. Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP). Knowledge of Insurance domain, especially: Billing Payments Agency Commissions Delinquency Management Accounts Receivable Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
