We are looking for a Control Center Operations Specialist to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to the Manager, Control Center Operations and based in San Jose, CA. This is a fully on-site 5days per week, in office role: First Shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m .

Role and Responsibilities

Monitor and troubleshoot system installations at our customer sites Respond to system alarms and complete system actions Maintaining detailed logs of events and troubleshooting Analyze and identify cause of system issues, supporting our Field Service Technicians remotely with system troubleshooting efforts Escalating complex issues to supervisors and other groups

Skills and Experience

Positive can do attitude Highly motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced work environment Good verbal and written communication skills Self-starter that shows the ability to work independently and under minimal supervision Analytical and proficient in MS Office 24/7 operations in rotating shift schedule Working hours: 8-hour shifts to support 24-hour operation High School or Community college education

First Shift: 6:00 a.m to 2:30 p.m .
