The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, generating actionable insights, monitoring operational performance, and supporting data-driven decision-making across client engagements. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support operational and strategic objectives.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level metrics for managed service engagements.Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.Support incident analysis, root cause investigations, and performance optimization initiatives.Generate recurring and ad-hoc reports for internal teams and clients.Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation through data analysis.Document methodologies, processes, and reporting standards.Assist in forecasting, capacity planning, and operational reporting activities. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or managed services environments.Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, data extraction, and analysis.Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working within Managed Services, IT Operations, SaaS, Cloud, or Technology environments.Knowledge of Python, R, or other data analysis/programming languages.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and data governance principles.Experience with service management frameworks such as ITIL.Exposure to automation and workflow optimization tools.
