To be successful as a industrial engineer, you should be an independent thinker and keen problem-solver. Responsibilities Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner. Collaborate with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required. Diagnosing problems in the production process and providing recommendations and training. Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices. Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement. Requirements Proven experience in the engineering field. In-depth understanding of technical documentation Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Integrity and confidentiality BSc, BE or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Production or relevant field Language: Hindi English any local language
