Consultant - Analytics

You will be working as a Consultant - Analytics with Blue Matter Consulting, a rapidly growing management consultancy specializing in the biopharmaceutical industry. Your role will involve collaborating with senior internal team members to address critical business issues in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, delivering innovative solutions to clients. Primary Responsibilities: - Research and analyze data sets and information sources as per business requirements - Extract key insights, opportunities, and threats from the data - Develop and apply advanced statistical models for in-depth analytics - Use tools like Excel/VBA, SAS, Alteryx for modeling and analysis - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create impactful solutions - Mentor junior associates for high-quality output - Design custom solutions and recommendations using analytical techniques - Create visually rich tools like PowerPoint, Tableau, Qlik for effective communication of insights Required Experience and Skills: - 3-5 years of experience in Analytics or as an Associate Consultant in analytics - Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, Alteryx, R, Python - Knowledge of PowerPoint and visualization tools for data representation - Strong analytical and communication skills - Ability to work effectively in global cross-office teams Blue Matter Consulting has a unique entrepreneurial culture and is committed to creating the best workplace for its consultants.
