Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with 3–4 years of experience, proficient in Perl, Java , and React . In this role, you'll work across both backend and frontend systems to build reliable, high-performing web applications. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the full software development lifecycle—from design to deployment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Perl , Java , and React Build reusable, scalable code for both backend services and user interfaces Integrate APIs and data sources across multiple systems Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across backend and frontend layers Collaborate closely with QA, DevOps, and Product teams in an Agile environment Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and system architecture decisions Contribute to process improvements and documentation Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field 3–4 years of professional experience in software development Solid programming experience with Perl and Java for backend services Proficiency with React.js for frontend development Understanding of web standards (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs) Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD workflows Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, Agile development environment Preferred (Not Mandatory) Experience with microservices architecture Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container tools Experience with test automation and modern DevOps practices What We Offer Challenging Projects – Work on diverse and impactful software applications Collaborative Culture – Supportive, inclusive, and team-focused work environment Learning & Growth – Mentorship, training, and career advancement opportunities Competitive Compensation – Attractive salary and benefits aligned with market standards
