AIML Senior Associate | Remote We are looking for a highly skilled AIML Senior Associate with 69 years of experience in Machine Learning, AI/ML Engineering, and Customer Analytics. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, Databricks, SQL , and building production-ready machine learning solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models. Build end-to-end ML pipelines using Python and Databricks. Perform data preparation, EDA, feature engineering, and model development. Develop customer analytics models including Propensity, CLTV, Churn Prediction, and Reactivation. Automate model training, deployment, monitoring, and optimization. Collaborate with business and engineering teams to deliver AI-driven solutions. Ensure code quality, scalability, documentation, and best engineering practices. Hands-on experience developing and deploying production ML models. Strong experience with Databricks, Python, and SQL.
