About the role
Job Title: Architect (DevOps Lead) We are seeking an experienced Architect (DevOps Lead) to define and implement a scalable cloud-native DevOps framework supporting large-scale cloud migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead the DevOps strategy by standardizing CI/CD pipelines, GitOps practices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to enable secure, automated, and reliable software delivery on GCP. Key Responsibilities Define and implement end-to-end DevOps strategy for cloud migration programs. Design and standardize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitOps practices. Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for automated environment provisioning. Enable automated code assessment, build, testing, release, and deployment processes. Implement GitOps-based deployment and release management. Establish and drive SRE best practices, including: Observability & Monitoring Reliability & Performance Cost Optimization Security & Compliance Support cloud-native application deployment on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Collaborate with platform, application, and data engineering teams to accelerate migration. Mentor DevOps engineers and provide technical leadership across migration pods. Required Skills Strong experience with Azure DevOps Hands-on expertise in CI/CD Pipeline Design & Implementation Solid knowledge of GitOps Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep or equivalent) Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) DevOps Automation Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Cloud-Native Architecture Monitoring & Observability Security & Compliance Performance & Cost Optimization Leadership and stakeholder management Preferred Skills Experience leading enterprise-scale cloud migration projects. Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization technologies. Experience with automated deployment, release management, and DevSecOps practices. Experience Level 18 - 24 Years Extensive experience in DevOps architecture, cloud platforms, and enterprise migration programs. .
