About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Engineer (M2) to join our team at Blue Star Ltd, responsible for supplier quality assurance and improvements. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective quality control processes to ensure high-quality products from suppliers. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in supplier quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall product quality. Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize quality control measures. Provide training and coaching to suppliers on quality control procedures and best practices. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Job Requirements Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with quality management systems and tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and errors.
