About the role
Scope of the Role We are looking for a skilled and creative Architect Engineer with experience in the design of Railway Stations , including architectural, interior, and landscape design . The candidate will be responsible for developing innovative and functional designs while ensuring compliance with railway standards, project requirements, and industry best practices. Eligibility Criteria Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in architectural design. Experience in designing architectural, interior, and landscape works for Railway Stations is mandatory. Knowledge of Railway Station Redevelopment Projects, Transit-Oriented Infrastructure, or Public Infrastructure Projects will be preferred. Immediate joiners will be given preference Required Skills and Competencies Strong expertise in architectural, interior, and landscape design. Experience in railway station redevelopment or transportation infrastructure projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office. Knowledge of construction materials, detailing, and project coordination. Ability to prepare high-quality design presentations and technical documentation. Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple design packages and meet project deadlines. Technical Skills Architectural Design & Planning Interior Design for Railway Stations and Buildings Landscape Design Railway Station Design & Redevelopment Building Design and Infrastructure Planning Multi-Modal Integration Planning Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Planning Knowledge of Building Codes, Standards, and Regulations Knowledge of Local Building Bye-Laws Design Documentation and Drawing Preparation Software Skills Proficiency in latest Architectural Design Software such as: AutoCAD Revit SketchUp 3D Max Lumion Photoshop BIM Tools Project Coordination Skills
