QA Architect

Role Overview: You will be joining a leading AI-driven Global Supply Chain Solutions Software Product Company as a Supply Chain Strategist. Your role will involve having a strong SCP foundation and working closely with the broader engineering team during the development and deployment cycle. You will be required to have deep knowledge of industry best practices and the ability to implement them while collaborating with both the platform and product teams. The Supply Chain Strategist tool is a decision support tool used for strategic and tactical supply chain planning decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large scale software solutions. - Develop prototypes and proofs of principles for innovative features. - Develop quality software according to clean code principles and company standards. - Empower team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance for coming up with solutions. - Participate in team activities such as backlog grooming, planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Translate requirements into user stories and seek feedback from stakeholders actively. - Lead the design of individual stories and translate them into subtasks. - Continuously improve yourself and the code you produce. - Consider aspects of information security while coding and reviewing others' code. - Stay up to date with technology trends and research in the industry. - Become an expert in a specific module and be the go-to person for related implementation and operational issues. - Resolve complex functional questions and issues for both external and internal customers. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering with a minimum of 8 to 15 years of experience in Software development. - 7+ years hands-on experience in MFC and VC++. - Experience in Java, Oracle, or any RDBMS, GitHub is desirable. - Strong experience with Object-Oriented design and computer science fundamentals. - Proficiency with SQL database technologies. - Expertise in data modeling, storage, and access techniques. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and provide solutions. - Experience in cloud-based hosting solutions, especially MS Azure.
