About the role
Engineering Lead / Engineering Manager We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Lead/Manager to oversee day-to-day engineering operations, drive project delivery, and help build a high-performing engineering team. Role & responsibilities * Lead and mentor a team of software engineers. * Manage sprint planning, execution, and delivery timelines. * Coordinate with Product, Operations, and Leadership teams to ensure successful project execution. * Review technical designs, code, and architecture decisions. * Identify and remove delivery blockers. * Improve engineering processes, quality, and operational efficiency. * Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance management. Preferred candidate profile * 7+ years of software engineering experience. * 1+ years of engineering leadership or team management experience. * Strong understanding of software development, system design, and cloud technologies. * Experience managing Agile/Scrum teams. * Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to balance technical leadership with people and project management. Nice to Have * Experience in SaaS, AI/ML, or data-driven products. * Familiarity with Python, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and DevOps practices. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of engineering execution, keep teams aligned, and ensure consistent delivery while maintaining high technical standards.
