About the role
Key Responsibilities Design and architect scalable modules and end-to-end solutions for our product platform. Research and evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation and achieve product goals. Design robust database model schemas aligned with business and technical requirements. Implement high-quality REST APIs and backend services using Spring Boot. Develop AI/ML-based solutions to enhance product capabilities as needed. Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team through regular meetings, performance evaluations, and development opportunities. Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Ensure design decisions and execution are aligned with project objectives and timelines. Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks. Conduct regular, constructive code reviews to uphold quality standards. Thrive and adapt in a fast-paced enterprise product environment.
