Lead - Testing Automation

As an experienced QA Engineer with 5+ years of experience, you will be responsible for the following: - Developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks and tools - Identifying opportunities for automation and implementing automated test cases - Reviewing and analyzing requirements, design documents, and technical specifications to ensure completeness and testability - Collaborating with developers, QA engineers, and project managers to identify and prioritize testing needs - Troubleshooting and debugging automated test failures - Providing regular updates on progress and status of automated testing efforts - Mentoring and training team members on automated testing best practices and techniques - Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technologies related to automated testing You should possess the following qualifications: - Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Java, JavaScript, C# - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a thorough understanding of software development and testing processes - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Excellent understanding of SQL Queries and Databases like MySQL or MS SQL - Experience with API and mobile app testing automation tools like Selenium, Neoload, Loader.io, Appium, Calabash, Robotium This role is based in Noida and is a full-time position.
