About the program Test and play video games to identify bugs, glitches, and performance issues across different platforms; follow test cases; report defects accurately; and ensure game quality meets company standards. Monitor gameplay, graphics, sound, and user experience to provide detailed feedback. Assist in customer support for gaming-related queries, account issues, and in-game problems.
