As a QA Automation Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our QA and testing capabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating strong technical proficiency in Python and PyTest for test automation - Utilizing SQL for data validation and querying purposes - Conducting hands-on ETL testing - Working with CI/CD pipelines, specifically GitHub Actions In addition to the technical aspects, your testing and process skills are equally important. You will be expected to: - Create clear, effective, and maintainable test cases - Utilize TestRail or similar test management tools effectively - Have a good understanding of software QA methodologies and best practices While not mandatory, the following skills and experiences would be considered a plus: - Previous exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure - Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes - Knowledge of data pipeline frameworks like Apache Spark or Airflow - Understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices - Experience with performance or load testing tools Furthermore, it is essential to note that this role requires you to work from the office for 5 days a week. We are specifically looking for candidates who can join immediately.
