Required Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Proven experience in developing and deploying generative AI models. Strong programming skills in Python or R. Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills Experience in the recruitment or HR tech industry. Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
