Senior Salesforce Developer- PST Hours Role & Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce best practices. Research, design, implement, and maintain high-quality Salesforce applications and custom solutions. Configure, customize, and enhance Salesforce CPQ to support complex business requirements. Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and integration frameworks. Identify opportunities to improve existing applications and implement enhancements for better performance, scalability, and user experience. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following Salesforce development standards and best practices. Participate in technical design discussions and recommend scalable architecture solutions. Perform code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Maintain and upgrade existing Salesforce applications to support evolving business needs. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, product owners, UX designers, business analysts, and cross-functional technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. Work with project managers to define project timelines, milestones, and development goals. Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and deployment documentation. Support CI/CD processes, release management, and production deployments. Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. Stay updated with Salesforce platform releases and recommend innovative solutions. Skills Required 57 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including strong expertise in Salesforce Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) . Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ customization and development (Mandatory) for enterprise implementations. Strong experience in Salesforce Integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and asynchronous integration patterns (Mandatory) . Strong experience with Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Future Methods, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, and Platform Events. Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Experience with Git, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD deployment processes. Ability to design scalable solutions using both Salesforce out-of-the-box capabilities and custom development. Prior experience working closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Qualifications Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory. Salesforce Administrator certification is an added advantage. Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce CPQ Specialist, or any Salesforce Cloud Consultant certification is preferred. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments is preferred.
