Title:Global IT Cross Functional Application Analyst SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: Tasks: - Updating of server and client components - Supervision of software integration projects in the national as well as international area. - Preparation of documentation. - Support and training of employees regarding the developed procedures and/or programs - Cooperation and technical coordination with colleagues at our German locations and external service providers. ROLE REQUIREMENTS GRADUATION: Computer Science, Computer Engineering or comparable skilled training KNOWLEDGE/COMPETENCES: - Profound knowledge of ticket, remote desktop and data management systems - Experience in the administration Microsoft Server & Client technologies.
