About the role
HR IT Business Architect | Oracle Fusion HCM | Pune / Bangalore | BMC Software Shape the Future of Global HR Technology at BMC Software Are you an Oracle Fusion HCM expert who has evolved from hands-on implementations to driving enterprise-wide HR transformation and technology strategy? BMC Software is looking for a HR IT Business Architect to lead our global HR technology roadmap, modernize HR experiences through AI, and architect scalable solutions supporting employees across Americas, EMEA, and APAC. What We're Looking For 12+ years of HRIT / Enterprise Applications experience Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud with strong Core HR and additional modules (Talent, Performance, Compensation, Absence, Learning, Journeys, etc.) Experience leading large-scale HR transformation, implementation, integration, and architecture initiatives Strong understanding of Hire-to-Retire processes, enterprise integrations, governance, and global HR ecosystems Exposure to Oracle HCM Journeys, AI Studio, Agentic AI, Redwood UX, APIs, HDL, HCM Extracts, and Middleware/OIC Ability to influence senior stakeholders, drive strategic discussions, and shape technology roadmaps Proven experience balancing global standards, compliance, and business priorities across multiple geographies Why This Role?
