SAP Finance Consultant

You are an experienced SAP Finance Consultant who will be joining a leading Real Estate & Infrastructure organization in Gurgaon. Your role will involve leading and supporting SAP Finance implementation and enhancement projects, participating in end-to-end project lifecycle activities, managing finance process integration, supporting financial closing activities, configuring and optimizing SAP Finance processes, collaborating with stakeholders, preparing functional specifications, ensuring compliance, and providing guidance on process improvements and SAP best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and support SAP Finance (SAP FI/FICO) implementation and enhancement projects. - Participate in end-to-end project lifecycle activities, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support. - Manage finance process integration with other SAP modules and business functions. - Support financial closing activities and ensure accurate financial reporting. - Configure and optimize SAP Finance processes in line with business requirements. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and external partners to deliver project objectives. - Prepare functional specifications and support testing, migration, and cutover activities. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and financial reporting standards. - Provide guidance on process improvements and SAP best practices. Required Skills & Expertise: - Strong hands-on experience in SAP Finance (SAP FI/FICO). - Experience with at least 34 end-to-end SAP implementations. - Expertise in: - Revenue Recognition - Financial Reporting - Financial Closing Activities - New Asset Accounting - Electronic Bank Statements (EBS) - Bank Integration - Treasury-related Processes - Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies and project delivery. - Experience in blueprinting, configuration, testing, migration, cutover, and hypercare support. - Knowledge of business process controls and financial governance. Preferred Qualifications: - Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification preferred. - Experience working in the Real Estate and Infrastructure sector. - Understanding of RERA compliance and regulatory requirements. - Experience in large-scale SAP transformation or ERP implementation programs. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
