Senior Developer (T SQL / Java / Data Flows)

As a part of the DFS IT team within the Securities Services cluster, you will contribute to delivering new solutions for operational teams and actively participate in technical discussions and decision-making within the development team. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with dynamic, cross-location teams and contribute to shaping the product vision. Senior Developer (T SQL / Java / Data Flows) Responsibilities: Perform impact analysis of changes and ensure consistency with the existing architecture Define and specify data flows, including technical setup and connectivity Validate developed flows with internal teams Participate in application testing phases in a Cloud environment Ensure architectural coherence and assess the impact of releases with the software provider Develop and maintain code following best practices Test developments in line with quality standards Produce technical and functional documentation Analyze legacy solutions and implement improvements based on industry best practices Support business activities during client migration phases with impact analysis Design the technical setup for data flows Develop and execute T-SQL queries and stored procedures Develop, modify, and optimize Java applications Prepare and execute test plans Participate in the Group’s IT transformation program, including AI readiness Requirements: 7+ years of professional experience in T-SQL (SQL Server) development Practical experience in Java development and JavaScript Working knowledge of Linux shell scripting Basic knowledge of WTX Experience working in global, distributed teams Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented approach Organized, proactive, and results-driven What we offer: Hybrid work mode, 50% working from home within a month Equivalent for remote work expenses (120 PLN per month) Stable employment in the international company Fully paid private medical care for employee Pre-paid lunch card Employee Pension Plan Co-financed Multisport Card MyBenefit Cafeteria Platform Life insurance Car parking availability in the office building Trainings and development opportunities If the offer sounds interesting to you - please be invited to apply with your resume in English.
