Senior Specialist, Model Risk Analytics- AI/ML

As a Senior Specialist in Model Risk Analytics, AI & Solutions team within Risk & Compliance, your role will involve designing and building AI/ML and GenAI solutions to revolutionize model risk processes. Your contributions will include developing digital employees and intelligent automation for validation, monitoring, and reporting, as well as utilizing advanced techniques like LLMs, NLP, and predictive modeling to enhance decision-making. Collaboration with risk, compliance, and tech teams to incorporate AI into enterprise workflows and translating complex data and model insights into clear business recommendations will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Design and build AI/ML and GenAI solutions to enhance model risk processes. - Develop digital employees and intelligent automation for validation, monitoring, and reporting. - Apply advanced techniques such as LLMs, NLP, and predictive modeling to improve decision-making. - Collaborate with risk, compliance, and tech teams to integrate AI into enterprise workflows. - Translate complex data and model insights into clear business recommendations. Qualifications Required: - Strong hands-on experience with Python, ML frameworks, and LLM/GenAI tooling. - Solid understanding of the ML lifecycle; exposure to model risk or governance is a plus. - Ability to solve ambiguous problems with scalable, innovative solutions. - Clear communicator with the capability to influence cross-functional partners. - Curiosity, creativity, and eagerness to experiment with new AI capabilities. - Masters Degree in a quantitative discipline, including engineering, mathematics, physics, statistics, econometrics.
