Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience. - 2-6 years of experience in software development, preferably with experience in the securities or financial services industry. - Thorough knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Prior experience with a specific application development toolkit and proficiency in a backend development language (e.g., C#, Java). - Experience in backend development with knowledge of cross-platform interoperability. - Strong understanding of modern and traditional structured methods for developing applications. - Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills. - Commitment to active learning and keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies.
