We’re seeking a future team member for the role Senior Specialist, Client Reporting/Performance, to join our Fund and Client IS Ops team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways

Monitors and reports on client portfolio performance. Owns the online tools and reporting platform, troubleshoots issues, and manages platform-related problems. Answers escalated client inquiries regarding risk management, asset allocation, and portfolio performance measured against peers. Applies industry research to predict future trends and publishes white papers on industry trends and opportunities for product and capability revenue expansion. Trains clients on report production and improves the client experience by addressing client concerns and needs.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 5–7 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in trading or brokerage preferred. Knowledge of client portfolio performance reporting, risk management, asset allocation, and performance analysis. May have people management responsibilities in some geographies and provides guidance to less experienced staff.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents.
