About the role
Role Overview: As a Senior Specialist, Full-Stack Engineer in the FINANCE REG RPTG TECH - INDIA team at BNY, located in Pune, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing Regulatory / AI-powered solutions to address complex enterprise data and analytics challenges. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with platform, data, and product teams to create innovative solutions, evaluating and experimenting with emerging AI methodologies, and documenting solution design for enterprise adoption. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop Regulatory / AI-powered solutions - Collaborate with platform, data, and product teams to design & develop solutions - Evaluate and experiment with emerging AI methodologies and frameworks - Document solution design, assumptions, and algorithms for enterprise adoption Qualifications Required: - Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, AI, Data Science, or related quantitative field - 2-5 years of software development experience; experience in the financial services industry is a plus - Experience developing Front-End and Back-end - Knowledgeable about cross-platform interoperability and major tools in a toolkit for a specific platform - Strong logical reasoning and mathematical thinking - Experience translating business problems into algorithmic solutions - Ability to work with large and complex datasets - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Exposure to AI assisted experimentation and evaluation frameworks Additional Details: At BNY, a leading global financial services company, our culture fosters employee growth and success.
