Senior Specialist, Middle Office

In this role as a Sr Specialist in the Middle Office Operations team located in Pune, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact through the following responsibilities: - Maintaining a large securities/portfolio master database and order management system, ensuring key economic terms are accurately recorded for various asset types such as fixed income, funds, and equities. - Collaborating with downstream business users in trading, compliance, operations, etc. to address data quality and pricing issues effectively. - Facilitating trading, settlement, and clearing of securities across the business operations. - Engaging in large-scale projects involving automation and data process improvements, as well as re-engineering opportunities. - Conducting analysis, research, and resolution of security and pricing data issues within order management systems like BRS Aladdin. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Minimum of 7 years of work experience with a strong background in Security Data Management. - Proficiency in working with BRS Aladdin would be advantageous. - Operational mindset concerning Security data management and mastering, with a grasp of pricing concepts being beneficial. - Detail-oriented with a proactive and organized approach, demonstrating a sense of urgency in meeting business and client needs. - Strong team player capable of working independently and collaboratively within a global team environment. - Familiarity with SQL, Python, and experience with ETL/Automation tools like Alteryx and UiPath would be a plus.
