About the role
As a Senior Associate, AI-Augmented Full-Stack Engineer at BNY, you will play a crucial role in embracing Engineering 2.0 practices and utilizing AI-augmented development workflows to enhance team velocity and quality improvements. Your responsibilities will include: - Actively using AI coding assistants like Windsurf, Claude Code, and Model Context Protocols (MCPs) to accelerate software delivery and automate routine tasks - Contributing to designing and developing scalable solutions integrating machine learning models, event streaming pipelines, and cloud-native services on Azure and AWS - Supporting the implementation of data platforms using Snowflake and building integrations with broader enterprise data ecosystems - Developing and maintaining full-stack features using .NET/C#, Angular, and SQL, ensuring clean, well-tested, and maintainable code - Participating in technical workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions on AI-augmented development and cloud patterns - Collaborating with senior engineers, architects, and data teams to apply best practices for cloud infrastructure and data pipeline design - Participating in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and driving effective and adaptive workflows To excel in this role, you should possess: - Enthusiasm for AI-augmented development and a willingness to learn tools like Windsurf, Claude Code, and Model Context Protocols (MCPs) - Understanding of Engineering 2.0 principles and a desire to use AI and intelligent automation in software design and deployment - Familiarity with machine learning concepts and interest in integrating ML capabilities into applications and data pipelines - Exposure to Snowflake for data warehousing, event streaming technologies like Kafka and Azure Event Hubs, and Azure/AWS cloud services - Experience with .NET/C#, Angular, SQL, design patterns, SOLID principles, and object-oriented programming - Knowledge of Agile delivery practices, TDD, Continuous Integration, automation practices, and version control (e.g., Git) - Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders At BNY, you will be part of a culture that fosters innovation and excellence.
