SRE, Senior Specialist, Production Services Application Support We re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Production Services Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. This role is located in Pune. In this role, you ll make an impact in the following ways: As a SRE Automation Analyst, will be responsible to SRE Automation Analyst to support the expansion of Site Reliability Engineering through hands-on delivery of automation, CI/CD, and platform operations. This role will work alongside senior SRE and platform leaders to implement and operate deployment pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud native services across Azure and on prem private cloud. The analyst will contribute to backend automation in Python (with exposure to Go), support Infrastructure as Code and containerized workloads (Kubernetes/Docker), and assist in adopting standardized tooling such as Terraform, Ansible, and ArgoCD. To be successful in this role, we re seeking the following: Bachelors or higher degree in computer science/ engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required Partnering with engineering, product, and platform teams, the role will translate well defined requirements into repeatable automation, follow established DevOps and reliability practices, and help document runbooks, SLOs, and operational processes. Strong understanding of Capacity planning/management for IT infrastructure (Memory, CPU and Storage) Ideal candidates bring strong foundational skills in Linux, scripting, cloud platforms, and distributed systems concepts, with hands-on exposure to CI/CD and Kubernetes. This role is designed to grow technical depth and reliability expertise while delivering incremental improvements in deployment consistency, observability, and mean time to recovery under the mentorship of senior staff. Strong proficiency with Azure and on prem private cloud Strong full-stack development experience, with hands-on expertise in Python (with exposure to Go), support Infrastructure as Code and containerized workloads (Kubernetes/Docker) Assist in adopting standardized tooling such as Terraform, Ansible, and ArgoCD. Hands-on experience with Ansible and Kubernetes in enterprise or production environments. Strong foundation in Linux/Unix systems administration, scripting, troubleshooting, and infrastructure concepts. Hands-on experience with enterprise monitoring and observability platforms including Prometheus, Grafana, AppDynamics, and Splunk Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills in complex distributed or production environments.
