Senior User Experience Analyst

Role Overview: As a Senior User Experience Analyst, you will be responsible for performing less to moderately complex user experience activities. This includes conducting user research and testing, interactive design, and visual design. Your role will involve participating in the creation of concepts, information architecture, user interface designs, wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and specifications. You will also be contributing to the product definition and evaluation process by interpreting user feedback and insights to enhance the user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct user research, usability testing, surveys, interviews, work studies, and heuristic evaluations - Participate in the implementation of visual styles that support platform branding to enhance user effectiveness - Work with product management, stakeholders, and team members to communicate processes, needs, and expectations - Contribute to the achievement of team objectives Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in psychology, user experience, design, human-computer interaction, or a related discipline - 2-4 years of relevant experience required - Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus Additional Company Details: BNY Mellon is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
