About the role
Role Overview: As the Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for leading and scaling direct customer acquisition journeys on the BOBCARD app. Your main focus will be on optimizing the acquisition funnel and early lifecycle monetization. You will also define and execute the roadmap for acquisition features, ensuring a seamless user experience and compliance with regulations. Additionally, you will work on improving funnel conversion, driving early monetization through cross-sell offers, enhancing engagement and retention, and monitoring acquisition KPIs. Key Responsibilities: - Own acquisition strategy and lead direct customer acquisition journeys on the BOBCARD app - Manage acquisition roadmap and execute features for onboarding, KYC, and activation - Optimize funnel conversion by reducing drop-offs and enhancing onboarding journeys - Drive early monetization by integrating cross-sell offers into acquisition journeys - Enhance engagement and retention through lifecycle-based campaigns and personalized nudges - Ensure compliance governance by overseeing adherence to regulatory standards - Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Martech, Analytics, Risk, Ops, and vendors - Monitor acquisition KPIs including CAC, funnel conversion %, retention, MAU growth, and feature adoption - Lead agile squads focused on acquisition features and prioritize backlog for rapid delivery Qualifications Required: - Customer acquisition expertise with knowledge of credit card acquisition funnels - Experience in funnel conversion optimization and improving conversion rates - Understanding of in-app cross-sell mechanics for early lifecycle monetization - Proficiency in engagement & retention strategies for new cohorts - Knowledge of digital channels product management and app development lifecycle - Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements - Ability to make data-driven decisions using analytics tools (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.)
