Manager-Deputy Manager: IT (Data Management)

Collaborate with Product, Risk, Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams. Drive automation and continuous improvement in data management processes. Support enterprise AI, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of data analytics initiatives and report findings to senior leadership. Applicants should possess the following attributes: Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction, analysis, optimization, and database programming. Working knowledge of Data Governance principles, including Critical Data Elements (CDEs), data ownership, data lineage, metadata management, and business glossary. Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) concepts, reference data management, deduplication, and data quality management. Good understanding of Data Warehouse/Data Lake architecture, data modeling (dimensional and relational), ETL/ELT processes, and data integration. Experience with enterprise databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL. Knowledge of ETL tools and data integration frameworks. Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense). Understanding of data quality frameworks, profiling, reconciliation, and monitoring techniques. Exposure to banking/card domain data and regulatory reporting is desirable. Awareness of data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements (e.g., RBI, DPDP). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
