Principal MDM Test Engineer

The Position Work in Manila under IT EDP handling end-to-end testing for CMDM/MDM platforms, including regression, automation, and integration validation across release cycles. The role focuses on defect lifecycle management, data validation, and ensuring stability of downstream integrations in production-like environments. You’ll be part of a team supporting enterprise data platforms and system quality at scale. Duties & Responsibilities: As a Test Engineer you'll be responsible for: Executing defined test strategies for CMDM/MDM platforms across project and release cycles. Performing regression and automated testing to ensure system stability after changes. Identifying, documenting, and supporting resolution of defects through structured triage processes. Validating integrations and data flows between MDM platforms and downstream systems. Supporting production stability and overall quality assurance through continuous testing and issue analysis. Requirements: You have 3-5+ years of experience in IT Quality Assurance / Software Testing roles You have proven experience supporting enterprise‑scale applications and data platforms You have hands‑on experience with regression testing in frequent release environments You have experience working in Agile / DevOps delivery models You have prior experience in global, distributed teams You have experience in regulated or compliance‑driven environments (e.g., GxP, data privacy) preferred You have demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision Click here to know what it looks like working at Boehringer Ingelheim Business Services Philippines Inc.
