As a Lead Test Automation Architect - Computing Architect MBSE & PLM at Boeing India Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing test automation frameworks and strategies for aerospace software systems. Your responsibilities will include architecting scalable test automation frameworks, developing a comprehensive test data management strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize test processes, integrating automated testing into DevOps pipelines, and leading efforts to automate end-to-end testing. You will also establish best practices for test automation and data management within the aerospace domain, mentor test engineers and developers, evaluate new tools and technologies, and ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards. Qualifications Required: - A Bachelors degree or higher is required as a BASIC QUALIFICATION Aerospace Domain Expertise. - Proven experience working in aerospace software development and testing environments. - Strong understanding of aerospace standards (e.g., DO-178C, ARP4754) and their impact on testing and quality assurance. - Extensive experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Robot Framework, TestComplete, or similar. - Expertise in scripting and programming languages like Python, Java, or C# for automation development. - Deep knowledge of test data management techniques, including synthetic data generation, data masking, and data versioning. - Experience with automated testing of complex MBSE systems. - Strong hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Bamboo). - Ability to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster feedback loops. - Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible) is a plus. - Experience with monitoring and reporting tools to track test coverage, quality metrics, and pipeline health. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with engineering, QA, and operations teams. - Leadership experience in guiding teams and driving automation strategy.
